At Wakefield Talking Therapies we specialise in evidence–based psychological therapies and we are looking for someone to lead waiting list and clinical capacity management whilst identifying opportunities to better meet patient need. The post holder will play a key role in ensuring NHS Talking Therapy targets are met, with a focus on ensuring therapist time is well planned and efficient, wait lists are proactively managed and we remain responsive to the needs of our community. The post holder will be a confident leader with the ability to analyse complex data from a variety of sources, identify trends and lead others to do the same. We support people in the local area who are having difficulty in coping and who may be suffering from a common mental illness such as depression, anxiety or phobias. We are seeking a highly motivated Repairs Team Coordinator (Gas) to join our Repairs & Maintenance team in Wakefield. This key role involves supervising and coordinating a team of technicians and subcontractors delivering repairs, maintenance, voids, and in-house investment works primarily across domestic dwellings, investment works primarily across domestic dwellings, although most of our properties still have gas systems, our portfolio is changing as we move towards more sustainable heating sources such as heat pumps so experience in this area would be useful. You'll monitor performance, support staff development, and contribute to service improvements and new ways of working. Scheduled can be between 08:00 and 19:30 across any five days from Monday to Saturday. The exact schedule will depend on business needs at the time.
