With over 70 years of industry expertise, 3,000+ employees worldwide, and a multimillion-pound turnover, this manufacturer offers full training, excellent earning potential, and clear progression opportunities.\n ________________________________________\n\nThe Package:\n • Base Salary: £33,000–£35,000 with realistic total earnings of £55,000–£75,000 through overtime and door-to-door pay\n • Overtime Rates:\n • Weekdays (after 8.5 hrs): 1.5x\n • Saturdays: 1.5x\n • Sundays: 2x\n • Door-to-Door Pay: Paid from the moment you leave home to when you return\n • Company Van & Fuel Card: Fully equipped for business use\n • Paid Overnight Stays:\n • UK: £25/night\n • Overseas/Rig Work: £65–£70/night (accommodation covered)\n • 33 Days Holiday: Including bank holidays, increasing after 1 year\n • Full Training Provided: Internal onboarding and manufacturer-led technical courses\n • Tools & PPE Supplied: All necessary equipment provided\n • Career Progression: Clear development paths into senior or specialist roles\n • International Travel Opportunities: Optional work across Africa, Europe, the Americas, Asia, Australasia, the Middle East, and offshore rigs\n • Overseas Travel Bonus: 0.5 days holiday in lieu for every night spent overseas\n ________________________________________\n\nThe Role:\n You’ll be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and repairing vertical access equipment (hoists, lifts, rack & pinion systems) across the UK and internationally.
