Alma Café in Barnes is looking for a friendly and reliable Weekend Waitress to join our team. We are a health-driven brunch and coffee spot focused on fresh, nourishing dishes, quality ingredients and exceptional service. Weekends are our busiest and most vibrant time — so we’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, positive environment. About Us: At Alma Café, we serve wholesome brunch plates, specialty coffee and feel-good food that keeps our local community coming back. We care about quality, presentation and creating a welcoming atmosphere for everyone who walks through our doors. The Role: • Providing warm, attentive table service, • Taking accurate food and drink orders, • Serving brunch dishes and specialty coffees, • Keeping the café clean and organised, • Supporting the team during busy service periods, • Creating a friendly, community-focused experience for our guests What We’re Looking For: • Available to work Saturdays and Sundays, • Previous hospitality experience preferred (but not essential), • Confident, personable and well-presented, • A team player with a positive attitude, • Interested in healthy food and specialty coffee What We Offer: • Competitive hourly pay + tronc, • Staff meals on shift, • A supportive and friendly working environment, • Opportunity to grow with a local independent café If you love great coffee, wholesome brunch and working with people, we’d love to hear from you.
