Our mental health residential home is seeking a new manager to support up to 13 service users who live with mental illness, physical disabilities, dementia, and/or complex behaviours. Responsibilities Ensuring the safety and well-being of the service users within the home · All service users will be safe, provided with person-centred care, and indicating that they are happy via feedback mechanisms · Holding responsibility for all areas of the care provided Following CQC regulations and ensuring the home is compliant · Maintaining CQC compliance, regularly auditing and improving, and preparing for CQC inspection.
