Data Analyst (Contact Centre)\nPermanent, Full-time (37.5 hours, Monday–Friday)\nHybrid working – 3 days in the office, 2 from home\nDepartment: Customer Acquisition\nUp to £45,000 depending on experience, plus benefits \n\nThe role\n\nWe’re looking for a commercially astute Analyst to join our Contact Centre team, where you'll turn data into insight, and insight into action.\n\nThis is a high-impact role where you’ll act as the go-to expert for contact centre data, reporting and performance. From campaign performance through to board-level reporting, you’ll bring clarity to the numbers, supporting the Head of Contact Centre to tell the story behind conversions, appointments and ultimately ROI.\n\nYou’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business, as well as our Appointed Representative (AR) businesses within our network, enabling data-led decision making at every level, from agent conversations through to strategic outcomes.\n\nIf you enjoy translating complex data into meaningful insight, influencing performance,and shaping how a commercial function operates, this role offers plenty of opportunity to make your mark.\n\nWhat you’ll be doing\n\n\tAnalyse and curate contact centre data to deliver clear, actionable insights\n\n\tTrack the full customer journey, from appointments booked through to conversion and commercial outcomes (ROI)\n\n\tTranslate complex datasets into compelling narratives tailored to different audiences, from operational teams to senior stakeholders\n\n\tSet up, manage and optimise outbound campaigns within the dialler system (RingCentral)\n\n\tMonitor campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements to maximise conversions\n\n\tEnsure data integrity, campaign accuracy and effective deployment\n\n\tAct as the subject matter expert for telephony data and systems\n\n\tLead the rollout and optimisation of RingCentral dashboards for Appointed Representatives (ARs)\n\n\tDrive improvements in data usage, reporting capability and performance outcomes\n\n\tChampion best practice in data governance, accuracy and insight\n\nAbout you\n\nYou’re naturally curious, commercially minded and confident working with stakeholders at all levels.
