The Opportunity: Legal Trainer (Maternity Cover) We’re looking for a Legal Trainer to join us on a fixed-term basis to cover maternity leave. In this role, you’ll support the development of our Legal Advisors by delivering high-quality training programmes that enhance legal knowledge, client service, and compliance. You’ll play a key role in onboarding new starters, supporting ongoing development, and maintaining excellence across our legal teams. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic, purpose driven organisation. 🔑 What You’ll Do: Key Responsibilities Training & Development • Deliver induction training for new Legal Advisors, covering legal frameworks, systems, and service standards., • Facilitate refresher sessions and targeted development workshops across branches., • Create and update training materials, including handbooks, presentations, and e-learning content., • Provide 1:1 coaching and mentoring to support individual growth and performance., • Collaborate with the people team and Compliance to ensure training aligns with regulatory and internal standards. Legal & Compliance • Ensure training reflects current legislation and SRA regulations, particularly in Wills, Trusts, and Powers of Attorney., • Support quality assurance by reviewing casework and identifying training needs., • Act as a subject matter expert, offering guidance and support to Legal Advisors and managers., • Monitor training outcomes and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
