Must be able to work in cross functional teams Increase Service Sales, being able to create needs on customers and maximise profitability of each account Increase Otis One Sales, being able to generate incremental subscriptions Make proposals, decisions and close deals independently, according to company rules Know maintenance service, strategies and procedures: contracts, strengths, CRM, RTV, competitors. Manage annual price increase process. You have a business or technical degree or have completed training as a technician or technical business administrator, and 3 years of prior work experience You have initial experience in the sale of technical service agreements requiring consultation. You have a strong customer and service orientation, including excellent interpersonal skills You are characterised by a high level of commitment and reliability.
