What you’ll be doing: Production Leadership • Own all aspects of production for Gold-tier clients, from pre-production through to delivery., • When needed, lead shoots on the day, ensuring all shots are captured, quality remains high, and the schedule is followed. Budget & Financial Management • Handle production budgets end to end, including cost tracking, completing P&Ls, and keeping stakeholders informed., • Flag scope or cost risks early and find solutions quickly. Pre-Production Planning • When needed, write detailed, accurate shot lists that reflect the treatment and align with creative goals., • Create and manage production timelines, ensuring internal and external stakeholders stay on track., • Coordinate with Creative Ops to plan resource capacity and assess feasibility., • Support account managers with wider campaign schedules where needed. Logistics & Set Support • Source props, manage set builds, and liaise with suppliers as required., • Build and maintain a strong freelance network (DOPs, editors, gaffers, runners, etc)., • Be present on set for key client shoots and live stream productions, supporting direction, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the shoot runs to time and quality standards. Permissions, Permits & Paperwork • Secure and manage all relevant permits for filming., • Ensure contributor permissions and release forms are completed accurately for every shoot. Meetings & Communication • Run production meetings with clarity and control., • For each meeting, follow up with clear, actionable notes ahead of each shoot., • Communicate proactively with creatives, account managers, clients, and crew., • Ask the right questions to turn creative ideas into workable production plans. Post-Shoot Follow-Up Lead post-shoot retrospectives/wash-ups on Gold clients, ensuring lessons learned are captured and shared with relevant teams.
