QHSE: Ensure the provision of a healthy and safe working environment across the portfolio. Supervisory Responsibilities Provides formal supervision to individual employees within single functional or operational area. Approves subordinate's recommendations for staff recruitment, selection, promotion, advancement, corrective action and termination.
