You will lead fire risk assessment and survey instructions across residential, mixed-use and complex portfolios — from Type 1 through to intrusive Type 4 assessments, external wall appraisals and compartmentation surveys — and turn what you find on site into clear, defensible advice our clients can act on. You will also act as a checker and technical reference point for others, and your expertise will directly shape how a growing consultancy delivers.
