    Senior Sous Chef – AngloThai - Marylebone £50,000 to £55,000 (dependent on experience) Location: 22-24 Seymour Place, W1H 7NL · Full-time, site-based AngloThai is a Michelin-starred, Thai-inspired restaurant on Seymour Place in London, the debut permanent home of husband-and-wife team John and Desiree Chantarasak. John's cooking reimagines Thai flavours through hyper-seasonal British produce, served across a 50-cover dining room and Baan, our 16-cover private dining room, with a wine programme led by Desiree. As the restaurant grows, we are looking for an exceptional, passionate Senior Sous Chef to join the team. As Senior Sous Chef, you will own the day-to-day running of the kitchen alongside the Head Chef, leading a talented team and protecting the standards the kitchen is known for. You will lead by example on the pass, making sure every dish leaves the kitchen exactly as John intends, and step up to run the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence. You will report to the Head Chef and support the full operation of the restaurant, the kitchen and Baan. This role will suit an experienced sous chef or senior sous chef from a premium or Michelin-starred kitchen, who leads from the front, cares deeply about produce, and wants to grow a team as well as their own craft. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who lives and breathes hospitality. Key Responsibilities • Run the kitchen day to day alongside the Head Chef, upholding the standard on every dish., • Lead by example on the pass, checking every plate before it leaves the kitchen., • Step up to run the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence, keeping service smooth and consistent., • Support the full operation of the restaurant, the kitchen and Baan, our private dining room., • Motivate and inspire the team to give their best every shift., • Coach and develop the team, building their leadership skills and confidence., • Manage ordering, stock and supplier relationships accurately., • Uphold food safety, allergen management and health and safety standards always., • Work with fresh, top-quality, seasonal produce to the restaurant's exacting standards., • Keep the kitchen, equipment and storage in excellent order, flagging maintenance early.     PROPERTY CONSULTANT – SALES & LETTINGS Belvoir Enfield | £28,000 basic + uncapped commission | OTE £45,000+ We don't want someone who waits for business to come to them. We're a small, ambitious estate agency in Enfield and we're looking for a seriously driven Property Hunter to join us and help grow both our Sales and Lettings business. Your job objective will simply be: Find opportunities. Meet people. Win instructions. Grow your pipeline. And if you're good at it, we're hoping you'll generate so much new business that we'll struggle to keep up! THIS IS A DUAL SALES & LETTINGS ROLE You'll be talking to homeowners and landlords every day. Someone might want to sell. Someone else might be thinking about letting. Another might be considering selling their rental property. A landlord might need help with one property today and full management of their portfolio tomorrow. We want someone who sees the opportunity in all of it. You'll be responsible for: • Carrying out residential sales valuations and lettings appraisals, • Winning new sales instructions, • Winning new landlord instructions and growing our managed portfolio, • Generating your own valuation and appraisal opportunities, • Following up leads and turning conversations into appointments, • Building relationships with homeowners, landlords, investors and local contacts, • Identifying opportunities within our existing database and applicant base, • Developing your own network of people who can introduce you to future business, • Keeping a close eye on properties coming to market and landlords entering or leaving the rental market, • Advising clients honestly on pricing, presentation, marketing and strategy, • Identifying when a sales client could become a lettings client — and vice versa, • Working with landlords to understand whether self-management, let-only or full management is right for them, • Building relationships that generate repeat and referral business, • Working closely with a small team to turn new instructions into successful transactions, • Helping us grow our presence across Enfield and North London WE'RE LOOKING FOR A HUNTER We don't need someone who needs to be told what to do every morning. You might notice a landlord advertising a property themselves. You might have a conversation with a buyer who tells you they're thinking of selling. You need to understand residential property and be confident dealing with clients. Sales experience is important. Valuation experience would be a big advantage. A full UK driving licence is required.     MOVIP Homes – 2 /3 Bed LD Children's Home REGISTERED MANAGER - JOB PACK Job Title: Registered Manager - Children's Home (LD 6-17) Location: Enfield, North London - 2 /3 Bed Home (1 child initially, scaling to 2) Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum based on experience + £2k bonus on Good Ofsted + Sleep-in allowance (£55 per sleep) Hours: 40 hours per week - Supernumerary management role + on-call (rota basis) Contract: Full-time, Permanent Reports to: Responsible Individual DBS Requirement: MUST have Enhanced DBS on DBS Update Service - Essential (maintain subscription) 1. About Us We are a new, small, quality-led provider opening a 2 /3 bed children's home in Enfield for children aged 6-17 years with Learning Disabilities, Autism and communication needs. We will open with 1 child for the first 3 months to ensure safe settling, relationship building and quality embedding, then build to 2 children with a potential to scale up to three. Our approach is low arousal, communication first (Makaton/PECS/intensive interaction), PBS, PACE and child-centred care. We are not a large corporate - you will be supported directly by our experienced Responsible Individual. 2. Job Purpose Lead in Ofsted registration interview and thereafter be the Ofsted Registered Manager, accountable for the day-to-day management of the home in line with Children's Homes (England) Regulations 2015 and Quality Standards 2023. To ensure children with LD experience a safe, low arousal, homely environment where their communication, sensory, health and independence needs are met and they achieve positive outcomes. To lead, inspire and develop staff team to Good/Outstanding. 3. Key Responsibilities · Ofsted Registration & Quality: Act as Registered Manager, meet Reg 28/29 fitness, lead fit person interview and registration visit. Ensure compliance with Reg 26-45 and Quality Standards: Quality & Purpose, Positive Relationships, Protection, Leadership & Management. · Leadership: Lead, supervise and roster staff team. Complete supervisions, appraisals, team meetings, competency checks. Ensure 12-week rota shows staff names, exact shift times, contracted hours, annual leave, training, supervision, sleep/waking nights, bank cover and total weekly hours - Ofsted requirement for 1 child model and 2 / 3 child scaling. · Low Arousal Environment: Create and maintain low arousal home - lighting, noise, colours, zoning, sensory corner, predictable routines, visual timetables Now/Next, 10 seconds processing time, one instruction. · Communication First: Ensure every child has Communication Passport, sensory profile, health action plan. All staff trained and using Makaton, PECS, objects of reference, intensive interaction, total communication. · PBS: Lead Positive Behaviour Support - functional assessment, early signs, de-escalation, change of face, restraint only last resort, reduction plan. No punishment approach. · Care Planning: Personalised care plans, risk assessments, impact risk assessments for new referrals, compatibility assessment for second / third child, health plans with Community LD Team, SALT, OT, epilepsy, dysphagia management. · Multi-Agency: Work with LAs (Enfield, Haringey, Barnet), schools, families, Reg 44 Independent Visitor, PBS consultant. 24hr response to referrals. · Safeguarding: Designated Safeguarding Lead for home, LADO referrals, safer recruitment, whistleblowing culture. · Financial & Operations: Manage budget for 1 child then 2 /3 children, occupancy building, staffing costs, petty cash, premises maintenance, vehicle, activities. · Quality Monitoring: Complete Reg 45 monthly review, work with Reg 44 visitor, action plans, Ofsted notifications, complaints, compliments. · On-call: Participate in on-call rota for staff support, especially nights/weekends. 4. Person Specification - Ofsted Requirements Essential - Must Have (Ofsted Reg 28/29) · Qualifications: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent) OR Level 4 with commitment to complete Level 5 within 2 years. Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent minimum. · Experience: At least 2 years working in children's residential care in last 5 years, including at least 1 year in senior/supervisory/management role. Proven experience managing children with Learning Disabilities and Autism (6-17) including communication needs, sensory needs, epilepsy, dysphagia. · Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of Children's Homes Regulations 2015, Quality Standards 2023, Ofsted inspection framework, safeguarding, PBS, low arousal, Makaton/PECS. · DBS: Enhanced DBS Certificate on DBS Update Service - ESSENTIAL - must maintain subscription. You must bring original certificate to interview.
