As the restaurant grows, we are looking for an exceptional, passionate Senior Sous Chef to join the team. As Senior Sous Chef, you will own the day-to-day running of the kitchen alongside the Head Chef, leading a talented team and protecting the standards the kitchen is known for. You will lead by example on the pass, making sure every dish leaves the kitchen exactly as John intends, and step up to run the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence. You will report to the Head Chef and support the full operation of the restaurant, the kitchen and Baan. ABOUT THE ROLE You will be responsible for providing professional dog walking and pet sitting services for our clients across London. Dog walks involve collecting dogs on foot and walking between 1-4 dogs at a time for up to 3 hours. Some dogs are exercised on lead, while others are walked off lead. Pet sitting assignments may include daytime visits, overnight stays and weekend bookings in clients' homes. As our services are based around our clients' schedules, applicants must be available Monday-Friday between 7am-4pm. Occasional evening, weekend and overnight pet sitting assignments may also be available. About Us We are a new, small, quality-led provider opening a 2 /3 bed children's home in Enfield for children aged 6-17 years with Learning Disabilities, Autism and communication needs. We will open with 1 child for the first 3 months to ensure safe settling, relationship building and quality embedding, then build to 2 children with a potential to scale up to three. Our approach is low arousal, communication first (Makaton/PECS/intensive interaction), PBS, PACE and child-centred care.
