You will oversee defect inspections, plan and supervise remedial works in live environments, and coordinate internal operatives and specialist subcontractors to ensure works are completed safely, efficiently, and to the required standard. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Defects Management & Delivery Manage and oversee defects works across multiple projects during the Defects Liability Period. Plan, allocate, and supervise remedial works in occupied/live buildings, ensuring minimal disruption to occupants and operations. Carry out inspections and identify remedial actions in line with contractual and client requirements. Ensure all repairs meet required quality standards, specifications, and company procedures. Maintain accurate defects tracking records, progress updates, and close-out evidence.
