Lendable is on a mission to build the world's best technology to help people get credit and save money. We're building one of the world’s leading fintech companies and are off to a strong start: One of the UK’s most exciting unicorns with a team of over 800 people Among the fastest-growing tech companies in the UK Profitable since 2017 Backed by top investors including Balderton Capital and Goldman Sachs Loved by customers with the best reviews in the market (4.9 across 10,000s of reviews on _) So far, we’ve rebuilt the Big Three consumer finance products from scratch: loans, credit cards and car finance. We get money into our customers’ hands in minutes instead of days. We’re growing fast, and there’s a lot more to do: we’re going after the two biggest Western markets (UK and US) where trillions worth of financial products are held by big banks with dated systems and painful processes. Take ownership: you are trusted to make decisions that drive a material impact on the direction and success of Lendable from day 1 Work in small teams of exceptional people: Lendies are relentlessly resourceful. We challenge the status quo to solve problems and find smarter solutions Build the best technology in-house: we use new data sources, machine learning and AI to make machines do the heavy lifting In six years, Lendable has built a profitable, market-leading credit card in the UK. In 2023, we brought that playbook to the US and set an even higher bar. This year the US credit card business scaled rapidly: our run rate grew more than 20x in the last six months. A lot of the work of getting customers through the door is in place. The next stage is about what happens once they’re in: helping them pay on time, giving more credit to the ones who earn it, getting people back on track when they fall behind, and ensuring an intuitive user experience across channels. If you're excited by fintech, lending and scaling products in a fast-moving environment, this role offers real ownership, impact and room to grow. We're hiring a Product Manager to join the product team, and will cover post booking areas including payments, collections, credit limit increases, spend, and the mobile app. No two weeks look the same. One week you might be sizing an opportunity, the next week sitting with the ops team to understand why customers are calling, or putting a rough version of an idea in front of real customers before anyone builds the proper one. We care more about how quickly we learn than how polished the first attempt looks. Running experiments across the customer lifecycle, such as how and when we remind people to pay, what gets them to set up autopay, and how we gamify engagement Working with credit risk and data science on how to apply models to new use cases and opportunities Finding cheap, fast ways to test an idea (a manual process, an email, a script) with AI before committing engineering time to it Gathering customer research to get truthful and unbiased reads Building tools and automations with AI that save time for you, the ops team and the wider business Doing whatever it takes to get something live, including the unglamorous parts like unblocking developers, socializing with legal and compliance, or writing the guide for the ops team Don’t worry if you don’t meet all these criteria. We'd love to talk to any great candidate that is excited, inquisitive, and a go-getter. 1-4 years in product, strategy, analytics, consulting or operations, with some time spent working closely to product or execution teams to deliver value You ask a lot of questions and you're not satisfied until you understand why something is happening You enjoy forming a hypothesis and finding the quickest way to test it, even if the first version is rough You're comfortable with data: you can write SQL or Python and answer your own questions You're already using AI tools like Claude Code, Cursor or Codex in your work or side projects, and you want to see how far they go You're happy to pick up the small jobs, understanding that as a lean product team no job is too unworthy of our attention You like days that look different from each other Bonus: experience in lending, payments, fintech or a fast-growing startup Keep in mind: you will not be a fit for this role if you're looking for a well-defined backlog to manage, or you'd rather wait until a problem is fully specified before starting on it. Much of what we work on starts as a loose question with multiple options possible. We want to build the most AI-forward financial services company in the world. PMs here make their own dashboards to answer questions that used to need an analyst, build their own agents and workflows to take care of repetitive work, and ship straightforward changes to production themselves. You don't need to be an expert on day one, but we'll expect you to keep pushing what one person can do. You'll report to the Senior Product Manager for Customer Management, and work most closely with: A developer and design team split across London and Europe, covering frontend and backend A data science team building models specific to the US business A credit risk team A growth team An operations team The team spans our London office, remote engineers in Europe, and our office in Arlington, Virginia, near DC, which you'll visit. No one here is limited to their lane. If you want to pick up credit analysis, prototype a feature or fix something in ops, you will be supported. Work from home Mondays and Fridays, and be in the office Tuesday to Thursday, with lunches prepared by our top-tier in-house chefs Top-tier private health insurance Offsites for the US Cards product and engineering team, and an annual whole-company trip abroad (previously Turkey and France) We respect your time and move quickly: Intro call (remote) - 30 minutes with the hiring manager Take-home exercise (remote) - a practical product challenge in your own time, followed by a video debrief with two members of the product team Final round (in our London office) - typically with the CPO and US Cards MD, Engineering Manager, Head of Product and hiring manager Winning team: the opportunity to scale up one of the world’s most successful fintech companies Flexible working: flexible approach tailored to each role. Hybrid roles require three days in-office weekly; fully remote roles include regular opportunities for in-person connection through socials and off-sites Socials & connection: opportunities and events to come together, socialise, and get to know each other beyond the office walls Health coverage: support for your physical and mental wellbeing, including private health cover Retirement & savings: long-term financial wellbeing through retirement savings plans Employee referral programme: earn a competitive bonus when you refer successful new team members Office meals & snacks: enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, plus complimentary lunches prepared by in-house chefs on in-office days at select locations Sustainable commuting: cycle-to-work and electric vehicle salary sacrifice schemes available in select locations Please note: The availability and details of specific benefits vary by location and role. Fully Remote (UK based) | Competitive Salary + Bonus + Generous Equity | B Corp Certified TrustedHousesitters is a fast growing, direct-to-consumer marketplace that is redefining pet care and travel. Here at TrustedHousesitters, we’re on a mission to make travel work better for pets, for their people, and for the global community of animal lovers who look after them. We’ve got big plans on becoming the world’s most-loved travel solution for pet people. We’ve built something pretty special: a trusted place where pet owners and sitters connect to keep pets happy at home while their humans explore the world. We’ve already grown into a global community with members in over 140 countries, a product people genuinely love, and a team of more than 100 brilliant humans powering it all. But we’re only just getting started. Our goal? To grow to 1 million members and make TrustedHousesitters the world’s most-loved travel solution for pet people. At the moment, a sit starts every two minutes somewhere on the planet. We want that to be every single minute and we know the only way we’ll get there is with the right people in the right roles. The right people in the right roles will shape our future. So, here’s the big question: Could that be you? Fifty million people in the UK and US alone could be TrustedHousesitters members. Around forty thousand visit us every day. How we present our product, and embed trust to our prospective new members to improve conversion is one of the most interesting analytical challenges for us right now - and this role sits right in the middle of it. You'll own the analytics for our new member revenue product squads. Own the funnel, own the experiments, own the recommendations. You'll be the person who doesn't just explain what happened in the data - you'll have a point of view on what to do about it. We're looking for someone who goes looking for the questions nobody's asked yet. • Own the growth analytics for our new member revenue squads - acquisition funnel, conversion, activation, the works - and build a picture of what's actually driving (or blocking) member growth Spot opportunities in the data before anyone asks you to look. Turn them into recommendations that change what gets built, not just what gets reported Lead instrumentation on new features - defining tracking, success metrics, and guardrail metrics before anything ships, not after Design and run A/B and multivariate experiments end-to-end: from hypothesis through to decision-ready insight. Set the standard for how experimentation works across your squads Build the dashboards and self-serve reporting that means stakeholders can answer their own questions - and you spend less time running the same queries every Monday Challenge assumptions. Act as the analytical voice in the room when product and commercial decisions are being made. Be the person who's comfortable saying "I don't think that's what the data shows" Mentor other analysts and help raise the analytical bar across the team - in SQL, in experimentation, in how we tell a story with numbers • Solid product or growth analytics experience in a subscription, marketplace, SaaS, or platform business - where the funnel is complex and the metrics actually matter The ability to own end-to-end analysis for a product area, from scoping through to recommendation, with minimal direction. Advanced SQL. You're not reaching for documentation for standard analytical patterns. dbt experience is a genuine plus Solid understanding of experimentation - hypothesis design, A/B and multivariate testing, statistical significance, the places where naive analysis goes wrong. And experience applying it, not just describing it Fluency in growth and product metrics: conversion, activation, churn - and how those numbers connect to things the business actually cares about Strong data storytelling. You can explain what the numbers mean to a product manager, and also to a CFO. Different rooms, different language, same rigour Product instincts. This isn't just an analytics role. We want someone who generates ideas, not just validates them Experience with event tracking and CDPs - Segment, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar Python or R for more advanced modelling or automation Experience integrating AI tools into analytical workflows in a way that's actually made a difference - not just "I've used ChatGPT" We know this isn't what you'd see in most job ads - but TrustedHousesitters isn't most companies. Trust, transparency, and honest feedback aren't just things we say; they're genuinely how we operate, every day. So rather than leaving you guessing if things don't work out, we'd rather give you what you need to make a great decision upfront about whether this opportunity is right for you. With that in mind, here are a few things worth considering before you hit apply. You're most comfortable when the question is handed to you. This role needs someone who goes looking for the question. If your best work tends to happen when a stakeholder has defined the problem clearly and you're building the analysis to answer it - that's a genuinely valuable skill, just not quite the shape of this one. You think of experimentation as a process to follow, not a discipline to own. We're not looking for someone who can run an A/B test to spec. We're looking for someone who'll push back when the experiment is designed badly, mentor others through the parts they get wrong, and build the frameworks that make the whole team better at it. You're happiest when the business is stable and the roadmap is fixed. THS is growing fast and the product is evolving constantly. The analytical picture shifts. Priorities shift. That's the job - and if predictability is important to how you do your best work, it's worth naming that upfront. If you're reading this and one of those points resonates, and you're sitting there thinking "that's me, but I know I can make it work" - we'd love to hear why. Send a Cover letter. There's a human at the heart of every decision we make here (hi!) - and we'll always take the time to review applications for anyone who wants to join us. We value your time and aim for a transparent, efficient process: Intro call (~20 mins) - with the Talent team. A two-way conversation: we'll tell you more about the role and THS, you tell us about your background and what you're looking for Hiring manager interview (~30 mins) - with the Product Analytics Lead. Covering your analytical experience, approach to experimentation, and how you think about growth problems Take-home task (~1-.5 hours) - a short analytical exercise. We'll share a brief in advance and give you time to work through it at your own pace £65,000 - £70,000 a year • Each year, you’ll get a Premium TrustedHousesitters Combined membership which includes benefits like free airport lounge passes, Sit Cancellation Plan and Home and Contents Plan, plus five Premium memberships to gift to friends and family, • Our team can work remotely from as many house sits as they like, and we contribute up to £500 per year towards travel costs to and from sits • Find a rescue pet to join your family and we’ll cover the adoption fees, as well as “pawternity” to help your pet settle into their new home, • SimplyHealth healthcare cash plan, • Bupa Health Insurance and Dental Insurance plan, • Specsavers eyecare scheme, • Weekly virtual yoga sessions, • Optional enrollment onto our Trusted Giving scheme, which includes employee giving via Charities Trust and 2 days paid annual volunteering allowance, • Work fully remotely from anywhere in the world - as long as you follow compliance as a UK tax resident, • Get £200 to spend on home office equipment each year + Macbook and Apple accessories when you start, • Access to Spaces co-working locations across the globe, • We host an all-expenses-paid meetup each quarter and fund team events (remote or in-person) throughout the year, • We cover the costs of personal development resources and have regular time set aside for learning and growth, • Depending on your role within the business, you’ll have the option to customise your work hours to better align with your personal schedule, • 25 days off per year, plus bank holidays and festive closure between Christmas and New Year (36 days + Christmas Day for some roles), • Competitive salary which is reviewed twice a year, • Generous equity package, • Discretionary 10% quarterly bonus scheme, distributed quarterly, • Pension scheme: 5% from you as an employee and 3% from TrustedHousesitters, • £500 recruitment referral bonus If you're ready to join us on our mission to become the most loved pet travel solution, we'd love to hear from you! In your application, please feel free to note which pronouns you use (For example- she/her/hers, he/him/his, they/them/theirs, etc). At the heart of our team are a mix of diverse backgrounds. Role: AI Architect Reports to: Chief AI Officer (line management) Location in structure: AI/Data architecture area — embedded within the delivery area it serves, line-managing centrally to the Chief AI Officer Experience: Senior — 6+ years in software, data, or platform engineering/architecture, with meaningful hands-on time on production AI systems, not just pilots Direct reports: None. Influence comes from judgement and presence in the right conversations, not headcount. AI decisions at Citation now cut across Product, Engineering, Security, Infrastructure, and the Business simultaneously — model selection, data architecture, cost, and risk are no longer separable concerns. Without a dedicated architectural owner, each initiative makes these calls independently: patterns diverge, risk goes unspotted until it's expensive, and nobody owns the AI-specific decisions that don't belong wholly to any one function. This isn't a hypothetical gap. Much of this work is already happening informally inside Citation's AI delivery — reviewing partner Statements of Work, governing what goes through Code Factory, acting as the practical architectural voice on live builds. This role formalises that into a mandate with the standing and scope it needs. The AI Architect is Citation's dedicated architect for the AI/Data area, sitting alongside the architects covering Human Resources, Business Systems, Health & Safety, eLearning, Verification, Certification, and Atlas Platform: embedded in the delivery area it serves day to day, but line-managing centrally to the Chief AI Officer so its calls hold across the business, not just the team it happens to sit nearest to. The architecture hub owns target-state and standards across the whole architecture function; this role owns the AI-specific application of it, escalating decisions with consequences beyond AI/Data to the Architecture Review Board rather than deciding them alone. The clearest sign this role is working: AI initiatives at Citation start well and stay on track architecturally. In practice that means: • Established patterns are the default starting point for new builds, not something teams discover after the fact, • Design questions are resolved before Engineering starts building, not during or after, • Third-party Statements of Work are assessed architecturally before they're signed, • Model and hosting choices are made against a documented decision framework, not habit or vendor pressure, • Token spend and cost-per-outcome are tracked and explainable, not a surprise on the invoice, • Security is involved in every significant initiative from the start, not introduced at the end, • Leadership has a current, accurate view of AI architectural risk and direction, with no significant surprises Architectural standards and patterns Own the design patterns Citation builds its AI systems to: retrieval and grounding approaches for systems that need Citation's own knowledge rather than a model's general training, agent orchestration patterns and tool-calling conventions for multi-step and multi-agent work, prompt construction and guardrail design, and the routing logic that decides which model handles which step. Keep these current as the landscape moves, and write decisions down in a form Engineering and Product can actually build against — architecture decision records, not a slide deck. Align standards to Citation's five-layer AI platform architecture. Hold a documented, evidence-based framework for choosing between closed frontier models accessed through a provider's API (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google) and open-weight models run on Citation's own infrastructure (Llama, Mistral, Qwen and similar) — and apply it per workload, not as a single blanket choice. The framework should weigh: • Task complexity — complex reasoning and long‑horizon agentic work generally favour frontier closed models; simpler classification, extraction, and templated generation are often better served by smaller open-weight models at a fraction of the cost, • Volume and cost at scale — at high token volumes, self‑hosting open-weight models can cross into materially cheaper territory; this role owns the analysis of where that break‑even sits for Citation's actual workloads, not a generic industry number, • Data sensitivity and residency — for HR, employment, and compliance data, self‑hosting open-weight models remove a class of third‑party data‑sharing risk that closed providers (even with strong contractual terms) don't fully eliminate, • Fine‑tuning and customisation — where an open-weight model fine‑tuned on Citation's own data would outperform a general‑purpose model at lower running cost, that's a build case this role should be able to make with evidence, not intuition, • Latency, licensing, and total cost of ownership — including the practical overhead of running and maintaining your own models, not just the sticker price of tokens Understand and actively manage the unit economics of every AI solution recommended, including: • Modelling likely token cost at design time, before a system is built, so the business knows what it's signing up for, • Specifying model routing (cheaper models for simpler steps, frontier models reserved for what actually needs them), prompt and context engineering for efficiency, and caching where appropriate, • Recognising that agentic and multi‑agent patterns can multiply token consumption several‑fold over a single well‑scoped call, and that orchestration‑pattern choice is itself a cost decision, • Setting up the observability to track cost‑per‑outcome and cache performance over time, not just the total spend line Assess whether the data behind any AI initiative is structured, accessible, and reliable enough to support the intended behaviour — across Citation's Salesforce, Atlas, Snowflake, and integration layers — and flag readiness issues before they become delivery blockers. Hold the approval path for new AI architectural patterns and material departures from existing standards. Attend initiative design conversations early enough to shape them, not just review them, and sign off on the AI design elements of partner Statements of Work. Define scope and success criteria for AI spikes and proofs of concept before they start, validate vendor and partner capability claims before they're embedded in a committed design, and make sure proof‑of‑concept outputs are evaluated against real delivery constraints — not vendor demo conditions. Act as the internal architectural counterpart to Citation's delivery partners, the way any enterprise architecture function holds its critical vendors to a defined standard: review proposals and Statements of Work before commitments are made, run design reviews during delivery, and give partners a well‑defined target with technical challenge where their decisions need scrutiny. Set the standard for how AI systems are monitored and evaluated once live — offline and online evaluation, drift detection, guardrails — and own the response framework for AI incidents in production, alongside the cost governance described above. You'll use data, customer insight and operational expertise to identify opportunities, shape improvements and ensure successful delivery and adoption of product changes. You'll be a recognised subject matter expert within your area and play an important role in connecting operational needs with product execution. Product Specialists support our product mission and vision and do not own product vision or end-to-end product strategy. That accountability sits with Product Managers. Instead, you'll focus on execution, optimisation and enablement, helping ensure that products deliver measurable value for customers, advisors and the business. • Own and continuously improve defined Customer Care products, tools and journeys, ensuring they effectively meet customer, advisor and business needs, • Translate operational and customer requirements into clear product enhancements and changes, working closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams, • Act as a key voice of Customer Care Operations, bringing frontline insight and customer feedback into product discussions and prioritisation decisions, • Lead the delivery and rollout of product enhancements within your domain, supporting successful implementation and adoption, • Monitor and analyse the performance of digital care tools and experiences, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, customer satisfaction and operational effectiveness, • Collaborate with Technology, Product and Operations teams to remove friction and improve end-to-end customer and advisor experiences, • Contribute evidence, insight and recommendations to support roadmap prioritisation and decision-making, • Document and maintain current and future-state customer journeys, processes and product requirements, • Drive experimentation and continuous improvement initiatives, validating opportunities through data, feedback and testing, • Support the adoption of automation, AI and self-service capabilities to improve customer outcomes and operational efficiency, • Partner with frontline teams to support change adoption through training, communications and engagement activities, • Ensure solutions align with broader Customer Care strategy and global operating requirements, • Provide guidance and support to Associate Product Specialists, sharing knowledge and best practice where appropriate, • Support our culture by promoting Diversity, Equity & Inclusion in both design and ways of working We believe being together in person helps us move faster, connect more deeply, and achieve more as a team. That’s why our approach to working together includes spending at least 3 days a week in the office. It’s a rhythm that speeds up decision-making, helps ASOSers learn from each other more quickly, and builds the kind of culture where people can grow, create, and succeed. • Experience within Customer Care, Digital Care, Customer Experience, Product Operations or a related operational product environment, • Proven ability to deliver improvements to digital tools, journeys or processes that drive measurable customer or business outcomes, • Comfortable working autonomously while collaborating effectively with Product, Engineering and Operational teams, • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data, insight and customer feedback to inform decisions and prioritisation, • Experience using customer journey mapping, service design or process improvement methodologies, • Good understanding of agile ways of working and experience contributing within product delivery environments, • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decisions through evidence and insight, • Interest in leveraging automation, AI and technology to improve experiences and efficiency, • Commercial awareness, with an understanding of the relationship between customer experience, operational performance and cost-to-serve, • Naturally curious, proactive and committed to continuous improvement, • Passionate about delivering better experiences for customers and advisor colleagues You’ll play an important part in shaping how Customer Care operates at ASOS – working at the heart of digital transformation and building the skills to enable better tools, better experiences, and better outcomes for both customers and advisors. • Employee discount (hello ASOS discount!), • Employee sample sales, • 25 days paid annual leave + an extra celebration day for a special moment, • Private medical care scheme, • Fixed Annual Payment in addition to your salary each year, it's just an extra thank you from us, • Opportunity for personalised learning and in-the-moment experiences that enable you to thrive and excel in your role #J-18808-Ljbffr

Technical roles in financial planning usually keep you at arm's length from the client. This one does not. You would attend client meetings alongside the Financial Planners to provide technical support, as well as doing the research and modelling that sits behind the advice. The work spans gathering and compiling financial analysis data, analysing client data and building cashflow models, researching products to support recommendations, and preparing financial planning recommendations and suitability reports. Beyond the casework you would oversee and monitor client annual reviews on behalf of the Financial Planners, support the Client Services Manager with annual technical reviews of services and products, and sit as a member of the internal Investment Committee. It is a hybrid role of 35 hours a week, and the package behind it is unusually strong. Twenty-eight days' holiday including three over Christmas and New Year, plus 12 wellness days taken as the last Friday of every month off. Client meetings and adviser support • Attend client meetings alongside Financial Planners to provide technical support, • Provide comprehensive support to the Financial Planners, • Assist with client presentations and other activities as required Research, analysis and reports • Gather and compile financial analysis data, • Analyse client data and prepare cashflow models, • Research financial products to support recommendations, • Prepare financial planning recommendations and suitability reports Client outcomes and reviews • Manage and follow through on client requirements to ensure successful outcomes, • Oversee and monitor client annual reviews on behalf of the Financial Planners, • Liaise with product providers and other relevant third parties Compliance, committee and workload • Ensure adherence to all regulatory and compliance standards, • Support the Client Services Manager with annual technical reviews of services and products, • Sit as a member of the internal Investment Committee, • Manage your own workflow and task delivery effectively Essential: • Diploma qualified, for example DipPFS or equivalent, • A minimum of three years' experience working in a UK IFA or wealth management environment, • Strong knowledge of financial planning products and services, • Experience working with DFMs, • Excellent analytical and research skills, • Strong written and verbal communication skills, • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team, • High attention to detail and organisational skills, • Proficiency in financial planning software such as Voyant, Genovo and FinaMetrica, plus the Microsoft Office suite, • Salary dependent on experience, • 35 hours per week, full-time, hybrid remote and office based, • 28 days' holiday including three over Christmas and New Year, • 12 wellness days, taken as the last Friday of every month off, giving 40 days off across the year, • Annual bonus based on personal and company performance, • Employer pension contributions, • Private medical insurance and life assurance, • Shared parental leave, • Fully funded training towards professional and role-focused qualifications A diploma-qualified paraplanner or technical consultant with three or more years in a UK IFA or wealth management firm who wants client contact as well as the technical work. If you are already producing suitability reports and cashflow models but never sitting in the meeting, this is the step up. DFM experience is on the list, so it suits someone who has worked with discretionary managers rather than only with packaged products. The same logic applies to the software: Voyant, Genovo and FinaMetrica are named as examples, so familiarity with that kind of toolset matters more than any one of them in particular. The Investment Committee seat and the annual technical reviews of services and products suggest a firm that wants someone with a view rather than someone who only executes. If you have opinions about portfolio construction and product selection, there is somewhere here to put them. All applications are handled in confidence, and your details are never sent to a client without your prior consent. #J-18808-Ljbffr
