Key Responsibilities: Hands-On IT Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for a variety of systems and applications, ensuring issues are resolved promptly. Project Delivery: Lead and deliver IT projects, ensuring deadlines are met and solutions are implemented successfully. Team Leadership & Mentoring: Guide, mentor, and support junior team members, helping them grow their technical skills and develop professionally. System & Network Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting of internal systems, hardware, and software to ensure smooth and secure operations. What We're Looking For: Proven experience in an IT support role Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and hardware. Excellent project management skills and experience delivering IT projects. Passion for mentoring and developing junior team members. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a fast-paced environment.
