Guiding candidates through the process offing advice and support on different stages of the process whilst also being responsible for any negotiations that may subsequently take place Negotiating deals Attending client meetings to gain a greater insight/ understanding of what exactly they are looking for in their new hires Market research in order to stay up to date with new developments within your sector The Ideal Candidate- Trainee Recruitment Consultant Financially Driven - a strong desire to earn big and be successful!
