Sous Chef – 4 Hotel – West London £18.54 per hour | 2 Days Off | 2:45 PM – 10:45 PM We are seeking a skilled and motivated Sous Chef to join the kitchen team of a renowned 4-star hotel in West London. The ideal candidate will support the Head Chef in the daily operation of the kitchen, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene. Key Responsibilities: • Assist in the preparation and service of high-quality dishes., • Supervise and support the kitchen team in delivering a consistent and efficient service., • Ensure compliance with food safety and health & safety standards., • Maintain stock control and assist in ordering supplies., • Contribute to menu development and kitchen innovation.
