Statistician Consultant We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Statistician Consultant to support a wide variety of projects in health economics, evidence synthesis, and statistical analysis. About the Role You will be responsible for the design, development, and execution of projects across multiple therapeutic areas, with a focus on applying advanced statistical methods to support health technology assessment and market access activities. Alongside your technical expertise, you’ll contribute to proposal writing, client engagement, project management, and business development. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background who thrives in a dynamic, client-facing consultancy setting. Key Responsibilities • Lead the design, development, and execution of projects in evidence synthesis, statistical data analysis, and health economic modelling., • Provide hands-on statistical expertise across areas such as indirect treatment comparisons, survival analysis, and utility regression., • Support systematic literature reviews and health technology assessment submissions., • Write high-quality technical reports, manuscripts, presentations, and conference abstracts., • Engage directly with clients: preparing proposals, managing budgets, and delivering strategic insights., • Drive business growth through developing relationships with new and existing clients. Profile • Master’s degree or PhD in Statistics, Biostatistics, Economics, or related field., • 5+ years’ experience, ideally a mix of industry and consulting roles., • Proven ability to lead analytical projects end-to-end: from protocol development to analysis, reporting, and client delivery., • Strong technical and analytical expertise in at least one of: indirect treatment comparisons, survival analysis, or utility regression., • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and project management skills., • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines., • Self-starter with flexibility, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Desirable • Experience with matching-adjusted indirect treatment comparisons., • Experience with survival extrapolation analysis., • Oncology therapeutic area expertise., • Interest in business development and contributing to portfolio growth.
