    Kitchen Porter - Supervisor We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Kitchen Porter Supervisor to join our kitchen team at one of London’s leading luxury restaurants, Shanghai Me. This is a key role within the kitchen operation, ideal for someone who takes pride in organisation, cleanliness, and leading by example in a fast-paced, high-standard environment. The Role As Kitchen Porter Supervisor, you will oversee the stewarding team and ensure the kitchen operates smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll work closely with the senior kitchen team to maintain impeccable standards of hygiene, efficiency, and support throughout service. Key Responsibilities • Supervise and coordinate the kitchen porter team during service, • Ensure all cleaning, washing, and waste procedures are carried out efficiently, • Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety at all times, • Support the kitchen brigade with basic prep and organisation when required, • Manage equipment, dishwashers, and cleaning schedules, • Train and motivate junior kitchen porters, • Ensure compliance with health & safety and HACCP standards What We’re Looking For • Previous experience as a Kitchen Porter Supervisor or senior KP in a busy restaurant, • Strong work ethic and a proactive, hands-on approach, • Ability to lead, organise, and motivate a team, • Excellent time management and attention to detail, • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, • Eligible to live and work in the UK (no sponsorship available) What We Offer • £13.60 + cash tips + card tips + surplus, • Staff meals on duty, • Career progression within an international hospitality group, • Supportive and professional working environment If you’re proud of running a clean, organised kitchen and enjoy leading a team, we’d love to hear from you.

We are seeking an exceptional Head Sommelier to steward and elevate our wine department to the highest level. This role demands an individual of exceptional taste, authority, and vision—someone capable of refining a distinguished wine list while shaping its future direction. You will have ownership of the department, rigorous cellar stewardship, and the cultivation of a polished sommelier team dedicated to delivering seamless, intuitive, and discreetly exceptional service, with the opportunity to earn up to £70,000 p/a! What you will do: What We Are Looking For? • A minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Head/Senior Sommelier in a high-calibre fine dining or luxury hotel environment., • WSET Level 3 or 4 (Diploma) or CMS Certified/Advanced Sommelier preferred., • Expertise of Old and New World wines; experience with [Sake/specific regional focus if applicable] is a bonus., • A composed and charismatic leader, distinguished by exceptional communication, assured initiative, and a calm, professional presence under pressure.
