Your key responsibilities include: Primary Responsibilities: Setup and Compliance: Prepare the floor and seating areas to meet government health and safety guidelines, ensuring customer comfort and regulatory compliance. Team Supervision and Training: Guide and train staff to perform at their best, providing support and ensuring each team member understands their responsibilities. Purchasing and Financial Oversight: Oversee the purchase of supplies and preparation of accounts to keep accurate financial records. Quality Control: Maintain high standards for food, beverages, and service quality; conduct regular checks to keep dining areas clean and compliant with regulations. Resource Management: Monitor supply usage to minimize waste and stay within budget. Requirements and Qualifications: English Proficiency: B1 or higher to communicate effectively. Experience: RQF3 level skills or equivalent experience in hospitality/restaurant management is preferred. Compensation and Benefits: Salary: £39,000 annually. Hours: 38 hours per week, across six days, including weekends. Benefits: 28 paid holiday days (pro rata), employer’s pension contribution, meals on duty, performance recognition, and annual salary reviews. Operational Management: · Manage stock control and food margins to ensure profitability. · Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, managing EHO, and Health and Safety audits to a high standard. · Ensure all food produced meets spec and brand standards. Performance Management: · Drive individual high performance through development and regular one-to-one meetings. · Have an eye for detail and thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Brand Advocacy: · Show passion for the brand by ensuring your team is knowledgeable and confident in delivering exceptional service. · Champion change and innovation within the team. Skills, Experience, and Qualifications: To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes: · Minimum English Language Skill: A minimum English language skill level of B1 is required to effectively communicate with staff and customers. · Relevant Experience: A skill level of RQF3 or above and/or relevant experience for the specific position is preferred. Experience in restaurant management or hospitality industry is highly desirable.
