Your role • Assess customer needs, update support plans, and signpost to education, training, and employment, • Support customers with daily living tasks such as cooking and cleaning, • Offer advice to help customers meet tenancy conditions, • Assist with managing finances and welfare benefits, • Promote social inclusion and help build confidence and resilience Your skills • Experience working with vulnerable people, • Positive approach to supporting young people with varied needs, • Strong interpersonal and customer care skills, • Effective communication and ability to work on your own initiative, • Knowledge of support planning, key working, risk assessment, and safeguarding, • Proficient technology/IT skills (Microsoft Office and similar) You deserve more than the basics.
