HR Advisor Engineering & Manufacturing Environment Uxbridge On‑site (first 6 months) Fantastic development opportunity – supportive, energetic HR team – real impact, real variety We’re partnering with a long‑established engineering and manufacturing organisation in Uxbridge to recruit a proactive, confident, and solutions‑focused HR Advisor. This is a newly created role designed to strengthen a growing HR Business Partner model and support a busy, fast‑paced manufacturing site. This is an excellent opportunity for: • an HR Assistant / Coordinator ready to step up, or HR Advisor - The Role Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner, you’ll work closely with a small, high‑energy team of BPs who support ten operational departments across the site. Initially, much of your focus will sit within manufacturing and engineering, where there’s significant activity and a backlog of ER cases to support. You’ll be involved in: Employee Relations • Supporting managers with disciplinary & grievance cases, absence management and conduct issues, • Note‑taking, coordinating meetings, and where appropriate leading cases, • Working alongside the Recruitment Specialist, • Supporting interviews, screening, and candidate experience, • Helping run engagement initiatives following survey results, • Supporting engagement surveys pulse checks, and exit interview analysis, • Policy updates and guidance, • Supporting managers across multiple business units, • Contributing to ongoing development of the HRBP model, • Being a go‑to person for solutions and practical support What Makes This Role Unique? • Huge scope for development – the organisation is growing fast, introducing structure and modernisation.
