About the Role We’re recruiting motivated individuals to join our established programme, designed to develop the next generation of rail professionals. This is a unique opportunity within the Rail sector, combining hands-on experience with structured training and dedicated mentorship. Upon successful completion, you could progress into roles such as Signalling & Telecoms Technician or Team Leader in Rail Engineering. With over 25 years of industry experience, Vital Human Resources works alongside all major Tier One rail companies in the UK, including Network Rail.
