Role: TikTok Shop Account Manager Location: Hybrid / Frequent travel to London for Lives & shoots Full time/Permanent Nonsensical is the UK's leading TikTok agency. We’re looking for a TikTok Shop Account Manager who understands how to turn cultural insight, creator relationships and smart strategy into high-performing TikTok Shop campaigns. You’ll be trusted to manage and grow TikTok Shop accounts, driving product discovery, engagement and sales through creator collaborations, affiliate partnerships and platform-native content. You’ll work closely with brands and creators to ensure products show up in the right way on TikTok, balancing commercial performance with content that feels authentic to the platform. This includes overseeing affiliate performance, coordinating TikTok Shop content and planning and managing TikTok Shop LIVE sessions and product shoots to maximise conversion and engagement. If you understand how audiences shop on TikTok and know how to identify creators who can genuinely move product, then we’d love to hear from you. What you’ll be doing: • Own & lead the implementation of deliverables across your client accounts across TikTok Shop, affiliate and social commerce activity, • Manage internal stakeholders effectively and efficiently to ensure work is being completed on time and to standard, including creator partnerships, content shoots and TikTok Shop LIVE activity, • Lead monthly and quarterly reporting calls effectively with senior external stakeholders without support, • Play an active role in strategies around creator partnerships, affiliate programmes, TikTok Shop campaigns and LIVE commerce, • Strive to be an expert on TikTok Shop, social commerce, affiliate performance and creator-led selling on TikTok, • Have a strong focus on retention of your clients and actively growing revenue of your existing clients through TikTok Shop growth, affiliate scale and commercial opportunities, • Identify new opportunities for client growth across TikTok Shop campaigns, creator collaborations, LIVE sessions and paid amplification, • Monitor, track and report on client performance across TikTok Shop sales, affiliate performance and paid activity, escalating with solutions should there be any flags or concerns What we are looking for: • Good understanding of e-commerce ecosystem for websites, TikTok Shop and other channels, • Experience in TikTok Shop and managing clients, lives and TikTok campaigns, • Experience running TikTok LIVES, • Good pressure management to ensure that you remain cool, calm & collected to clients and internal stakeholders, • You'll be obsessed with TikTok and how to make content work, • You'll be very creative, and able to develop new ideas - as well as know how to sell a product effectively on Tiktok Shop, • Massively organised, with the ability to juggle lots of clients and tasks, • You can work under pressure and be able to turn round tasks with short deadlines, • You'll have a great understanding of what creative drives results and why, • Very organised, with high attention to detail, • Flexible to adjust to last minute changes and forward-thinking in solving client problems that may arise What you get when you join us: 🏡 Fully Remote Working – Work from wherever you’re happiest in the UK (with access to a co-working space in major UK cities if you like a change of scene). 💰 Pension Scheme – Helping you invest in your future while you shape your present. 🎉 Company Socials – From virtual hangouts to IRL meetups, we love bringing the team together. 💡 Creative Half-Days – Every quarter, take a half-day plus £50 to do something that inspires you, a class, gallery trip, pottery, spa, whatever frees your mind. 📚 Learning Fund – £200 a year towards books, audiobooks, courses or content that fuels your development. 🎊 Bonus Leave Days – Birthday?
