We are seeking an experienced Cyber Coach to join our London office. As a Cyber Breach Coach Lawyer, you will sit within Travelers Legal, our in house law firm and provide valuable assistance to both Travelers Legal Counsel as well as individuals in the BSI Claim team. You will also play a pivotal role in advising clients on legal strategies during cyber incidents, ensuring compliance with regulations, and minimizing legal risks. You will work closely with cybersecurity experts, IT teams, and business leaders to develop comprehensive breach response plans and provide real-time guidance during cyber crises. You will also be supporting the operational and tactical management of our Cyber Claims portfolio. You will manage a portfolio of Cyber Claim files and also provide supervision, technical and strategic direction to Claims Professionals managing assigned Cyber Claims. You will conduct file reviews to ensure that claims are handled to an acceptable standard that is aligned to the Enterprise best practices and regulatory requirements. Working closely with Business Partners to communicate details of significant losses, reserve changes and claim trends.
