The Role We need a proactive, growth-focused operator to nurture and grow our community You'll own three core outcomes: • Maximising member value - ensuring we deliver member value through exceptional experience, • Growing our community - scaling our network, delivering initiatives, and growing our membership, • Supporting our portfolio - connecting portfolio founders with VCs & investors with opportunities What You'll Own 1. Member Experience • Own the membership experience: onboarding, proactive check-ins, managing admin, renewals, • Manage yearly member calendar and coordinate pitch events, socials, dinners, and peer sessions, • Deliver consistent member comms and respond quickly to member needs and opportunities, • Track and report on retention metrics, member satisfaction, and engagement, • Listen to member needs and continuously improve our offering: creating new resources, securing new partnerships, or targeting campaigns for specific deal flow 2. Network Growth • Create and execute outreach campaigns to attract potential members, • Own the membership journey: from first conversation to successful onboarding of new members, • Create and execute outreach campaigns to attract potential members, • Plan and host intimate investor events (webinars, roundtables), • Maintain active LinkedIn presence aligned with our brand, • Manage the operations of our women’s education programme: Future Angels, • Support with the planning & execution of our annual Angel Investor Summit 3.
