Role Overview: The Senior Creative Project Manager oversees key client accounts and projects from brief to delivery. You will manage all aspects of a project’s lifecycle, including creative direction, production, and installation, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality. This role also offers the opportunity to lead a niche Project Management Hub, mentoring and developing a team of project managers, coordinators, and administrators. Key Responsibilities: • Act as the main client contact, translating briefs into actionable project plans, • Oversee multiple projects across creative, studio, production, and installation teams, • Provide creative direction and visual merchandising expertise, • Manage budgets, quoting, and project finances, • Identify and drive new business opportunities, • Lead and develop a Project Management Hub, ensuring best practice and team growth, • Foster collaboration, positivity, and constructive communication across all teams, • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and sustainability policies Essential Skills & Experience: • Proven experience in creative production, graphics, or related industries, • Strong leadership, organisational, and time management skills, • Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, • Excellent written and verbal communication, • Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office, and operational software, • Flexible, proactive, and able to work under pressure Desirable Skills: • Knowledge of retail visual merchandising, luxury sectors, or experiential production, • Experience managing high-value, multi-location creative projects Culture & Working Style: • Collaborative, positive, and solution-focused
