We are seeking an experienced Salad Chef/Sous Chef to become a vital part of our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our Head Chef and ensuring the seamless operation of our kitchen. Key Responsibilities: • Preparation & Logistics:, • Document daily requirements from the Head Chef for dish preparation., • Organize and maintain the cleanliness of the food preparation area., • Ensure all necessary ingredients are readily available for the Head Chef., • Verify that all food products used are fresh and not expired., • Quality & Standards:, • Oversee Line and Prep Cooks to ensure dishes meet the Head Chef's specifications and high standards., • Monitor kitchen operations and staff to uphold rigorous sanitation standards., • Team Leadership & Training:, • Train new kitchen employees on restaurant standards and regulations., • Customer Satisfaction:, • Promptly address and resolve any diner or client complaints. The ideal candidate will bring relevant industry experience and a strong commitment to culinary excellence and team collaboration.
