    Summit Care Services is looking for dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to join our team in Wrexham. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enabling individuals to live as independently as possible, supporting them to achieve their personal goals and enjoy a high quality of life. Key Responsibilities: • Provide person-centred care and support with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks., • Assist individuals in managing their medication and health needs., • Support individuals to engage in community activities, hobbies, and social events., • Promote independence, choice, and dignity at all times., • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with colleagues, families, and other professionals., • Adhere to all safeguarding policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of the individuals we support. Requirements: • A genuine desire to make a positive difference in people's lives., • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills., • Patience, empathy, and a compassionate approach., • Ability to work flexibly across various shifts, including evenings and weekends., • Previous experience in a care setting is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided., • A commitment to continuous learning and professional development., • A valid right to work in the UK is required. Successful candidates will be subject to an enhanced DBS check.
