Fast Lane Logistics, a brand new warehouse storage facility in West Bromwich, is seeking enthusiastic and reliable warehouse workers to join our growing team. The role involves picking and packing parcels, as well as the vital tasks of loading and offloading lorry containers with freight. Candidates must be capable of lifting a minimum of 20kg and be available for shifts from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday. Overtime opportunities may arise, but no weekend work is required. In addition to warehouse staff, we are also actively recruiting a delivery driver to ensure the seamless transport of freight to and from destinations. Job description Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. For Commercial and Domestic environments. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial or domestic cleaning and a strong commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards. Duties - Perform a thorough cleaning of designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas. - Dust, mop, vacuum, and polish surfaces to maintain a high standard of cleanliness. - Empty bins and dispose of waste in accordance with health and safety regulations. - Ensure that cleaning supplies are stocked and report any shortages or equipment malfunctions. - Follow established cleaning protocols. - Assist with special cleaning projects as required, including deep cleaning tasks. - Maintain a tidy work environment by organising cleaning equipment and supplies after use. Requirements - Previous experience in commercial or residential cleaning is preferred but not essential. - Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately. - Good time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. - A proactive approach to work with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness. - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
