Your role as Supervisor is to oversee the action - keeping the energy high, the service flowing and the guests happy. You’ll still be out on the front lines, serving customers and working the bar, but you’ll have one eye on the team too. By passing on your wisdom and experience, you’ll play a key role in keeping our service levels high. As a Prep Chef at Kusina by Lorenzo, you'll play a vital role in supporting our kitchen team by preparing meals, maintaining a clean and organised workspace, and ensuring food quality and consistency meet our high standards. Your work will directly contribute to the smooth flow of service and help bring the vibrant flavours of Filipino cuisine to life.
