Position: Retail Security Officer Location: Seaton Pay Rate: £16.20 per hour. TSS operate on individual site based rates. Hours: Various Shifts: Various SG / DS SIA licence required. Your Time at Work As a Retail Security Officer your duties include: • Providing a visible uniformed deterrent, to contribute to the safety and security of the client's premises and staff, • Carrying out Company Policy on loss prevention and ensuring the safety of staff and visitors, • Lawfully deter potential troublemakers on site, • Observing and reporting incidents using the correct reporting systems, • Carrying out all duties assigned by the client or manager to whom you are responsible, • Ensuring site knowledge is kept up to date and developments at the local level are identified, • Understanding and implementing any Fire and Safety evacuation procedures, • Assisting, if required by the Client, with staff and contractor searches, • Ensuring that the Security base is always maintained in a clean and tidy condition, • Conducting yourself, at all times, in a manner which will bring credit to yourself and the Company, ensuring a full uniform is worn and the SIA licence is clearly displayed Our Perfect Worker It is crucial to have great communication and customer service skills.
