Senior Logistics Operative Location: Rochester Full time position We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Logistics Operative to join a busy and fast-paced operation. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with strong warehouse and logistics experience who is confident supporting daily operations, maintaining stock accuracy, and ensuring goods are moved safely and efficiently throughout the site. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting goods in and goods out activities, stock control, material handling, loading and unloading deliveries, and ensuring all logistics processes are completed accurately and on time. Stock/Inventory Controller Salary: upto £38,000 Location: Aylesford ME20 7US Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm Our client a growing but well established UK manufacturing business is looking for an experienced Stock Controller to join its warehouse operation during an exciting period of expansion. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership, improving processes, and making a real impact within a fast-paced environment. The business manufactures and distributes a wide range of liquids, all handled in-house from production through to dispatch. As warehouse activity continues to grow, the company is investing heavily in improving stock accuracy, organisation, and operational efficiency. Working as part of a newly expanded three-person stock control team, you will play a key role in driving warehouse standards forward and helping achieve stock accuracy levels of 95%+. The Role This is a hands-on position suited to someone proactive, organised, and confident investigating and resolving stock issues independently. You will work closely with warehouse and senior management teams to improve stock processes and support wider operational improvements. Our client who are based in Snodland is seeking a competent and experienced Stock and Inventory controller for their site. This is a 'hands on' role and is not office based, so please do not apply if you want an office based position. The duties will be to manage stock movements in the factory and warehouse using SAGE 200 system along with a barcode management programme. Currently there is one other Stock Controller so you will be working with them to achieve 95% stock accuracy. Duties also involve stock movements are recorded in the system, receive and check incoming deliveries. Ensure goods are correctly booked onto the system and stored in the appropriate location.
