You will be employed by Sequora, developed through the Sequora Academy, and gain practical experience supporting live project delivery within Capita's Public Sector Commercial Deals Team. Working as part of a Sequora-managed commercial capability pod, you will undertake an apprenticeship and support real bid and commercial activities while developing the skills, judgement and confidence needed for a long-term professional career. The role has been designed for individuals with strong potential rather than previous commercial experience or academic qualifications. What You Will Be Doing As part of a Sequora-managed capability pod supporting Capita's Public Sector Commercial Deals Team, you will gain hands-on experience across a range of commercial activities, including: • Bid and proposal support., • Commercial administration., • Contract and document support., • Risk and issue tracking., • Governance and reporting support., • Pricing assumption and dependency tracking., • Supplier administration., • Stakeholder and meeting coordination., • Action tracking and progress reporting., • Learning and development through live work and feedback.
