Package as managed solutions ; collaborate on pipelines (pack/unpack, Solution Checker, gates). Produce runbooks, KB articles, and supportable config (feature flags, routing rules). Fix defects quickly; participate in Go/No-Go, smoke tests, and hypercare. What you’ll bring: 3–6+ years building automations (Power Automate, PAD, or equivalent RPA). Real-world experience with Dataverse, premium connectors, connection management, retries/backoff, and idempotency. Practical CI/CD exposure on Power Platform (PAC CLI, solution checker, pipelines). Good grasp of secure coding for automations: no secrets in code, least privilege, DLP awareness. Clear documentation and teamwork—you leave maintainable, observable solutions.
