The kitchen will produce food for 3 different business areas, so ability to work to daily targets of food production is key. Experience with pastry will give applicants a clear advantage. PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS A HANDS ON ROLE. 40 - 45 hours per week. Communicate clearly with your team in order to provide high-quality meals to customers on time. Recognise and lead the team as a whole, understanding how to maximise their potential. Maintain hygiene levels and safety regulations in the kitchen to help to guarantee the care of your entire team and visitors.
