Senior Multi-Site Supervisor at Garage Coffee Roasters The Senior Multi-Site Supervisor is a key operational support role across our stores. You’ll step in to cover sickness, holidays, and other shift gaps as needed, ensuring seamless service and strong team leadership. Hours: 32 hours per week Days of work: Weekday and weekend availability Location: Garage Coffee Roasters, across multiple sites Must be able to drive & have use of own vehicle for the role. Salary: £13.50 per hour Close date: 17/04/2026 Start Date: 04/05/2026 • Provide reliable cover for sickness, holidays, and other unplanned absences, • Lead shifts confidently, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, • Maintain high standards of coffee quality, customer service, and cleanliness, • Act as a role model for team members in attitude, performance, and professionalism, • Share Garage Coffee’s mission & vision with customers and staff, • Work alongside Managers and Supervisors during non-cover periods to support floor leadership, • Support managers with ordering, admin, recruitment, training, and other responsibilities, • Assist with stock management, ordering, and inventory checks, • Help implement company standards and operational procedures consistently across locations, • Support onboarding and training of new team members, • Provide coaching and feedback to baristas and shift leads, • Foster a positive, collaborative, and motivating team culture, • Deliver exceptional hospitality and build strong relationships with regular customers, • Handle customer queries and concerns professionally and efficiently, • Previous supervisory experience in a specialty coffee or hospitality environment, • Strong barista skills and a passion for quality coffee (particularly speciality), • Confident leading teams and making decisions independently, • Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable working across multiple locations, • Excellent communication and organisational skills, • Reliable, proactive, and solution-focused, • Available to work 30–40 hours per week, including weekends when required Be part of a passionate and supportive coffee community Variety in your working week across multiple locations Opportunity to develop leadership skills further Staff perks and coffee benefits Garage Coffee is committed to creating a diverse work environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
