Key Responsibilities Drive along designated routes to collect refuse and recycling waste. Check routes for safety restrictions, planned roadworks, and traffic to ensure smooth operations. Adhere to site rules and regulations, including correct PPE usage. Shift Details Monday to Friday with potential evening and weekend overtime. Choose between AM or PM shifts: AM Shifts: Start at 5:00 AM, 6:00 AM, or 7:00 AM PM Shifts: 12:30 PM - 9:30 PM Approx. 6.5 hours per shift. Requirements Valid HGV license. Able to read and follow mechanical / electrical drawings. Minimum of a Level 3 Electrical Apprenticeship Competent with bench and machine fitting. A proven working knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics. Competent with lifting/slinging. Capable of working unsupervised when - alone or as part of the team. PC literate. Basic welding competence (preferable but not essential). FLT driving license/experience (preferable but not essential). IPAF license to drive MEWP's i.e. scissor/boom lifts (preferable but not essential) Current driving licence.
