We are looking for a Warehouse Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate processing of customer orders. The purpose of a Fulfilment Associate is to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of a business's supply chain and inventory management processes. This includes receiving, stowing, picking and packing orders, processing returns and exchanges, and managing stock levels. A Fulfilment Associate is also responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and resolving any customer queries. A Fulfilment Associate is responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate picking, packing and delivery of products to customers. The role involves receiving, inspecting and stocking incoming goods, as well as loading and shipping orders. The Fulfilment Associate also carries out a range of warehouse activities such as maintaining inventory, sorting, and organising stock and ensuring a safe and secure working environment. Responsibilities include: • Receive customer orders and efficiently process them • Ensure that orders are correctly picked/packed for delivery • Track orders and update customers on delivery status • Handle customer returns and process them accordingly • Process incoming deliveries and unload respective goods to then stock in • Monitor stock levels and report back any key findings to leadership • Work with other team members to ensure a smooth process Qualifications: • Previous experience in a related role • Strong customer service skills • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Ability to think quickly and problem solve • Knowledge of relevant software and computer systems • Good communication and interpersonal skills
