We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our team and to grow their career with us. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business using a new to market A.I dialler that will be able to connect you to hundreds of prospects weekly, very simple to use, full training will be provided, and additional sales training will be given if required. There are revenue share schemes available based on closed won opportunities, offering extremely exciting commercial opportunities. You will be reporting directly to the founder of a rapidly growing business, there will be significant career development opportunities further down the line for the right person. Duties • Use an AI dialler to speed through calls quickly, talking to many prospects that have been handpicked based on your client's Value Proposition and industry., • Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or referrals Skills • Proven experience in B2B sales and telemarketing techniques, • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously, • Ability to build rapport quickly and effectively influence decision-makers, • Self-motivated, target-driven, with a proactive approach to achieving sales goals, • Familiarity with CRM management tools and sales analytics software is advantageous This role is ideal for individuals passionate about sales, and who may be looking to join our new business as a potential partner later down the line from 2027 onwards.

    To assist in the educational, social, and emotional development of individual children, under the guidance of the Headteacher, SENCO, and class teachers. Key Responsibilities: Provide class and 1-1 support to children both in and outside the classroom to help them fully engage in activities. Assist in the implementation and monitoring of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for children. To plan and prepare resources by working closely with class teachers and external professionals, such as speech and occupational therapists, to support the children's needs. Help maintain accurate pupil records and contribute to reports on progress. Support children with emotional or behavioural difficulties, encouraging the development of social skills and positive behaviours. Assist in the preparation and presentation of displays of children's work. Support class teachers with administrative tasks, including photocopying and lesson preparation. Undertake other duties as directed by the Headteacher. Promote the ethos and values of the school, setting a positive example in terms of attendance, dress, and punctuality. Attend staff meetings, INSET, and training as required. Maintain awareness of health and safety, ensuring a safe environment for all children. Keep confidential information secure at all times. Key Areas: Teaching and Learning: Providing individualised support to enhance children's learning. Administrative Support: Helping with and preparing resources for teaching, and providing feedback to relevant staff members and parents. Standards and Quality Assurance: Ensuring a high standard of support and maintaining effective team communication.
