    We are looking to recruit an Self Employed General Builder to join our expanding team, Must live in Flintshire, Chester , Wrexham or Wirral area About the Role: In this role, you will be responsible for a range of construction tasks, including but not limited to: • Building and construction, • Joinery/plastering/roofing/ brickwork, structural supports/steelwork/concreting & drainage., • Ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard. To be successful in achieving this position you will be required to have some experience completing: • Block work, • Insulating, boarding & plastering., • Structural Alterations using steelworks., • Landscaping projects, • 1st Fix Carpentry i.e. Stud work, structural floors, roof framing, • 2nd Fix Carpentry i.e. Timber flooring, hanging doors, installing skirting architraves and window boards, • Decoration What We’re Looking For: The ideal candidate will have: • Proven experience in general building or a specific skilled trade, • Knowledge of building regulations, safety regulations, and construction best practices., • Ability to work independently or as part of a team., • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail., • A positive attitude and a strong work ethic., • Should be able to lead a small team in the completion of tasks. Must be a good timekeeper, reliable, honest and trustworthy at all times.
