Key Responsibilities: Carry out routine maintenance and repairs across the premises Perform basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and decorating tasks Identify and report more complex issues that require specialist contractors Ensure public areas, fixtures, and fittings are kept in good condition Support setting up or clearing down for club events as required Maintain outdoor spaces including basic gardening or litter picking Conduct regular checks and minor repairs to fixtures, doors, and lighting Keep a simple log of tasks completed and report to management Requirements: Proven experience in a similar maintenance or handyman role Good practical skills.
