Job Description Service Location: Tampa, FL Pay: $20-$35/hr depending on training and certifications Perks: Paid Training Provided, Company Gear Supplied, Mileage Compensation *Must have a reliable vehicle We’re hiring a dependable, friendly, and professional photographer to join our growing real estate media team in the Tampa area. This is a people-first role. Our ideal candidate is someone who genuinely enjoys meeting new people, creating positive client experiences, and representing a brand professionally. Even if you have zero photography experience, this can be a great opportunity. We provide all the training and equipment needed. What matters most is your professionalism, communication skills, and ability to deliver a great experience for our clients. If you enjoy driving locally, working independently, and learning new creative skills, we’d love to meet you. What You’ll Do • Travel locally to residential properties for scheduled photo appointments, • Capture interior and exterior photos using our simple shot list, • Represent our company professionally with homeowners and real estate agents, • Provide a positive, service-oriented experience during each appointment, • Upload photo files after each shoot (no editing required), • Learn additional services such as drone and video to expand your skill set What We’re Looking For • Personable, friendly, and confident communicator, • Strong customer service mindset, • Reliable and self-managed while working independently, • Detail-oriented and able to follow a checklist, • Comfortable using basic technology, • Positive attitude and professional demeanor, • Responsive and respectful when communicating with clients, • Available for work between 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM on weekdays, • Weekend availability is a bonus too! Pay & Growth Opportunities • Paid training at $20/hour, • Standard photoshoots paid at $25/hour, • Pay increases to $30/hour once Part 107 drone certification is obtained (study materials and reimbursement for certification provided), • Pay increases to $35/hour once video services are fully trained, • Mileage compensation at $0.40 per mile This is a part-time role averaging around 20 hours per week, with opportunities to grow as additional services and certifications are completed.
