Job Description: Pre-Billing Specialist ON SITE - Pompano Beach, Florida Hourly Compensation: $18/hr to $20/hr DOE Monday - Friday 11am to 7pm Eastern POSITION SUMMARY: The Transport Authorization Department (TAD) Specialist is responsible for authorization management of non-emergency transports. TAD Specialists work with Communications, Operations, payors, and billing to ensure appropriate paperwork is obtained before or around the time of the patient’s transport. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Work with Communications to provide guidance on non-emergency transports and required paperwork and/or authorizations., • Review non-emergency transports to identify appropriate payor and determine if an authorization is required., • Follow established processes to request and/or obtain authorizations for non-emergency transports., • Work with Communications to ensure adequate and appropriate levels of service are dispatched for non-emergency transports., • Manage Authorization work bin to ensure payor requirements are met., • Process customer complaints quickly by receiving, investigating, redirecting or, resolving the issue., • Develop and sustain excellent working relationships with AMR professionals (e.g., Operations, Business Development, IT and Finance), as well as with the Company’s clients, payors, consultants, banks and financial intermediaries and government agencies. Minimum Qualifications: Education/Licensing/Certification: High School diploma or GED required; EMT certification/licensure or medical experience preferred. Experience: Work with computer programs and software preferred; work with general public preferred; experience in medical industry preferred. ICMS is seeking an experienced and multi skilled Senior HVAC and Refrigeration Maintenance Technician to join our team in support of one of our federal clients. This position is 100% onsite at a Federal Government facility. This is a Union position through the Teamsters Local 769. The Sr. HVAC and Refrigeration Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine maintenance and service repairs on heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems. He/ She is also responsible for the installation of new units or replacement parts for existing units according to specifications and established safety guidelines. Provides guidance, direction and support to the HVAC Technician, Trades Helpers and O&M management team to assess issues, plan and schedule maintenance, and conduct root cause analysis of issues. Conducts root cause analysis of issues, equipment performance trends and failures. Will be responsible for conducting daily tours of equipment and monitoring operational effectiveness, tenant comfort and routine maintenance. Additional duties include: • Assists in troubleshooting, diagnosis, service and repair of heavy commercial air conditioning and multi-zone heating and cooling systems, • Maintains, monitors and manages BAS system, DDCs, and Energy Management System(s), • Tests electrical currents or components for continuity, using electrical test equipment, • Tests pipe or tubing joints or connections for leaks, using pressure gauge or soap-and-water solution, • Joins pipes or tubing to equipment and to fuel, water, or refrigerant source, to form complete circuit, • Reassembles and tests equipment following repairs, • Repairs or replaces defective equipment, components, or wiring, • Layouts and connects electrical wiring between controls and equipment, according to wiring diagrams, using electrician’s hand tools, • Installs, connects, and adjusts thermostats, humidistats, and timers, using hand tools, • Comply with all applicable standards, policies, and procedures, including safety procedures and the maintenance of a clean work area, • Inspects and tests systems to verify system compliance with plans and specifications or to detect and locate malfunctions, • Provides timely and quality repairs of commercial grade ice makers, walk-in cooler/freezers and reach in cooler/freezers, etc., • Performs Preventive, Corrective, Predictive and emergency maintenance on all HVAC and Refrigeration equipment throughout campus, • Logs all freon IAW Fed, State and local EPA regulations, • Following instructions, both verbal and written, • Ability to work on site during normal working hours; available for after-hour calls and being on-call, • Read, understand, blueprints, wiring diagrams, and manufacture’s recommendations of equipment., • Safely operate hand tools, power-hand tools, and complete roof inspections required by assignments., • Computer skills for record keeping in the CMMS (Maximo), • Attend training as scheduled and/or required.Requirements:, • High school diploma or equivalent General Educational Development (GED) Certificate., • OSHA 10 Certification (preferably OSHA 30), • Must have experience in HVAC, air handling, deionizer water, chilled water condenser, hot water, compressed air, electronic gate systems, and boilers., • Must have and maintain state HVAC licenses/certifications., • Must have a valid state driver’s license with no major infractions., • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in AC and Refrigeration trade as an HVAC/R Technician in a commercial industrial/ government setting., • At least two (2) leadership experience as a Lead or Foreman in the HVAC/R field., • Reliable transportation to work., • Be able to regularly Lift, Carry, Push/Pull up to 75 lbs., • TRANE Chiller experience., • Boiler experience a plus, • Experience working in a government facility As a condition of employment, may be required to pass a pre-employment drug screening, as well as have acceptable reference and background check results. Were hiring a Line Cook Savory (Toast Menu) to set up and run that station. Role Summary This is a single-function savory role: No baking. No FOH. Just cooking to order on a small line. The Line Cook Savory (Toast Menu) is responsible for setting up, running, and breaking down a compact hot line focused on sourdough toasts, eggs, and simple plated builds. Youll cook to order during service, keep the station clean and organized, and work closely with the Head Cook / Savory Kitchen Lead.
