Job Description Job Title: Technical Coordinator - Highly SkilledUSAUSD Location: Englewood Cliffs, NJ (Onsite) Contract Duration: Contract until 5/23/2027 Work Hours:9AM - 6PM Qualifications: TRUE JOB TITLE: Contract PMO Coordinator – HR Transformation (Workday HCM) Required Qualifications • 1–3+ years of experience in project coordination, PMO support, or administrative project support, • Exposure to project environments (corporate, consulting, or internship experience), • Basic understanding of project tracking concepts (tasks, timelines, action items, dependencies), • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, • Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through consistently, • Experience using JIRA or similar project tracking tools, • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, • Experience with collaboration tools such as Slack and SharePoint Preferred Qualifications • Exposure to HR, HRIS, or HCM-related projects, • Familiarity with Workday, SuccessFactors, or similar systems, • Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) or project testing activities Responsibilities: Position Summary We are seeking a Contract PMO Coordinator to support the HR workstream of a Workday HCM implementation. This role will provide hands-on coordination, tracking, and administrative support to the HR Project Manager and broader HR project team. This is a highly execution-focused role responsible for keeping project activities organized, documented, and on track. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, responsive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Key Responsibilities Project Coordination & Tracking • Maintain and update project tracking tools, including RAID logs (Risks, Actions, Issues, Dependencies) and action trackers, • Track deliverables, deadlines, and dependencies across HR functional teams (Payroll, Benefits, Talent, etc.), • Follow up with stakeholders to collect updates and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks, • Ensure project information is accurate, current, and consistently maintained, • Meeting & Documentation Support, • Schedule and coordinate project meetings across multiple stakeholders, • Prepare meeting agendas and materials, • Capture clear and concise meeting notes, decisions, and action items, • Distribute meeting outputs and track follow-ups, • Tools & Communication, • Update and manage tasks in JIRA Work Management (JWM) or similar tools, • Use Slack as the primary platform for team communication, reminders, and coordination, • Maintain organized documentation in SharePoint or shared repositories, • Support preparation of status reports and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint, • Testing & Implementation Support, • Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) coordination, including tracking test progress and consolidating updates, • Support data collection and tracking for key implementation activities, • Help maintain documentation related to processes, requirements, and decisionsCompany DescriptionTechLink Systems is a national provider of staffing services with offices all over the USA as well as development and support centers globally.
