About This Role: The Talent Enablement Manager plays a key role in cultivating a high-performing, member-focused culture by designing, delivering, and sustaining learning and development programs that build organizational capability and strengthen employee engagement. This role combines expertise in program design, instructional design, and facilitation with strong leadership experience managing a geographically diverse team to deliver learning solutions that align with the credit union’s strategic goals and cultural values. The incumbent partners across departments and regions to identify capability gaps, develop innovative learning solutions, and lead a distributed team that supports leadership growth, career progression, and the credit union’s commitment to developing its people. Key Responsibilities: Talent Enablement Strategy & Program Development • Partner with HR and business leaders across all locations to identify learning and development priorities aligned with strategic goals., • Design, implement, and manage enterprise learning programs including onboarding, structured on-the-job training, leadership development, career pathways, and succession readiness., • Integrate blended learning approaches that combine digital, experiential, and instructor-led elements to meet diverse learner needs., • Lead and develop a geographically distributed team of facilitators., • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation within the team., • Ensure consistent delivery of learning experiences and service standards across multiple locations., • Design engaging learning solutions using adult learning principles and modern instructional design methodologies., • Develop high-quality materials (e-learning, workshops, toolkits, videos, guides) leveraging tools such as Articulate, Rise, or similar platforms., • Curate and maintain content within the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring accessibility, relevance, and continuous improvement., • Facilitate impactful training sessions—both in-person and virtual—for employees and leaders at all levels., • Deliver programs that build leadership, communication, and service excellence skills aligned with the credit union’s values., • Evaluate program impact using quantitative and qualitative metrics; analyze data to refine learning strategies., • Partner with HR analytics to connect development outcomes to engagement, retention, and performance indicators., • Minimum 5–7 years of progressive, leadership experience in learning and development, talent development, or instructional design—preferably within financial services or a credit union environment., • Organizational Development, Education, or related field degree preferred., • Understanding of Prosci Method of change management., • Demonstrated success in leading and developing a geographically diverse or hybrid team., • Proven ability to design, deliver, and evaluate effective learning programs for employees and leaders across multiple regions or functions., • Strong instructional design expertise and proficiency in e-learning software and LMS administration., • Exceptional facilitation and presentation skills; able to engage diverse audiences across virtual and in-person settings., • Deep understanding of adult learning theory, behavioral change models, and leadership development frameworks., • Excellent leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills to manage a distributed team effectively., • Strong project management and consulting capabilities; able to balance strategic initiatives with operational execution., • Ability to travel to MA office a minimum of once per quarter or branch network, as needed., • Competitive salary and benefits package, • Opportunities for professional development and career growth, • Hybrid Schedule (min 3 days in office to maximize collaboration), • A collaborative and inclusive work environment, • Paid Time Off, Wellness Time & Paid Federal holidays, • 401K with 6% match EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER USALLIANCE Federal Credit Union, as an Equal Opportunity Employer, values and supports the diverse cultures, perspectives, skills, and experiences within our workforce. In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary/hourly range for this position is $85,002.00 - $94,324.00, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential incentives. This position is also eligible for an annual corporate bonus. If you are hired at USALLIANCE Federal Credit Union, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part is any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future and continued salary growth. We also offer a generous compensation and benefits package. All positions must adhere to standard BSA/AML policies, procedures, and processes. Employees must demonstrate awareness of business functions and how business decisions affect financial and/or non-financial work results.
