Job Description CeLeen is seeking a Government Accountant - SME for a contract within the Department of Defense (DoD) at USTRANSCOM in support of Business Process Reengineering (BPR) for the Joint Transportation Management System (JTMS). Duties and Responsibilities may include but are not limited to: • Consults with Directors and Senior Managers on strategic analysis and organizational engineering, resource management, cost and economic analysis, and information systems development and integration., • Develop, lead, and conduct workshops, benchmarking, and surveys., • Facilitate process improvement efforts., • Manage a team of consultants and analysts., • Generate papers and documents. This is a temporary position ending on or about February28, 2026 with the possibility of extension. Work Environment: • Moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phone and printers) and /or occasional Loud noise (airfield, large equipment)., • While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is required to sit, stand, talk, and hear., • Employee is often required to sit and use their hands and fingers to operate a computer. Basic Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, finance, or related field., • Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.
