As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a Systems Integration Project Manager – Finance to lead critical finance-related system integration initiatives, particularly during mergers and acquisitions, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. Position Summary This role is ideal for a finance process leader with strong M&A systems integration expertise, who can bridge the gap between business operations and technical execution. The position will focus on optimizing financial processes, ensuring seamless integration of new systems, and supporting business transformation initiatives. Travel (less than 20%) will be required to potential acquisition targets and project sites. Key Responsibilities Lead Finance-Centric System Integration Projects • Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of system integration initiatives, ensuring alignment between finance processes and technology solutions., • Lead the financial systems integration of acquired companies, including system consolidation, data migration, process alignment, and risk mitigation., • Develop clear documentation for workflows, configurations, troubleshooting procedures, and integration plans., • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (MBA or relevant certifications a plus)., • 5+ years of experience in finance process improvement, system integration, or similar roles., • Experience with PowerBI required, both in creation and maintenance of dashboards, • Strong understanding of financial systems and reporting tools; familiarity with B2W scheduling software, Sage Intacct and HCSS preferred., • Proven track record in leading cross-functional projects, particularly within mergers & acquisitions., • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills., • Ability to travel up to 20% for acquisition assessments and project execution.
