Position Overview We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to join our growing team. This position plays a key role in overseeing and coordinating multiple commercial projects across Georgia. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, motivated, and capable of leading teams while ensuring safety, quality, and profitability on every project. Responsibilities • Provide day-to-day leadership and management for field and office operations., • Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence., • Ensure all safety protocols and policies are documented and enforced., • Communicate effectively with senior leadership regarding project progress, risks, and milestones., • Provide day-to-day leadership and management of field supervision, and office/administration., • Understand current status of all projects at any point in time and oversee project schedule., • Ensure that all projects meet schedule, company quality standards, and standard operating procedures., • Conduct on-site walkthroughs with crews to clarify specifications and construction plans., • Serve as a point of contact for clients, providing clear, professional communication throughout the project lifecycle., • Responsible for driving the company to achieve and surpass sales, profitability, cash flow and business goals and objectives., • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts., • Responsible for the measurement and effectiveness of all processes internal and external., • Provides timely, accurate and complete reports on the operating condition of the project., • Collaborate with all members of the team to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes, and personnel designed to accommodate objectives of the project., • Motivate and lead a high-performance team; attract, recruit, and retain required members of the team; provide mentoring and management with a career development focus., • Promote a success-oriented, accountable environment within the project., • Foster a project working environment that places the highest value on safety, ensuring policy is documented, communicated, and implemented., • Communicate effectively with senior leadership and clients, changes in the current project status, schedule, and other project milestones., • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Building Science (Preferred)., • Bachelor's degree (Required), • Minimum 2+ years of experience in construction/demolition environments (Required)., • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; bilingual Spanish/English (Strongly preferred), • PMP certification preferred., • Must be located near or within commuting distance to the work, • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, • Previous front line business operations or leadership experience, • Creative thinker with the ability to solve problems in the field., • Tech-savvy: Comfortable with Google Sheets, Excel, construction management platforms, tablets/smartphones, and Zoom., • High integrity and leadership presence - a self-starter who thrives under pressure., • It has proven set of skills and a breadth of knowledge that are of value to the business., • Competitive salary exempt employee ($73,000 – $100,000 DOE) (Exempt from FLSA minimum wage and overtime requirements), • Health, Dental, and Vision insurance (company-paid), • Gas allowance, • Laptop, smartphone, and tablet provided, • Safety equipment and uniforms provided, • Paid holidays and vacation (6.67 hours/month after first full month), • PTO: 8 hours upon hire + 8 hours each January and July Multiple job sites in metro Atlanta and throughout Georgia, including work at Hartsfield–Jackson Atlanta International Airport.
