About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an L3 Helpdesk Technician. In this role, you will provide advanced technical support, troubleshoot and resolve complex server and networking issues. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional technical knowledge, troubleshooting skills, and excellent communication abilities.
